Mrs and Mr. Rakesh were a very happy couple. They had been married 3 years ago, but from their happiness one could only say they had just returned from their honeymoon.

One day there was an argument between the two on a small matter, and Mr. Rakesh lost his temper and threw a glass on her which cut her face

He was immediately penitent, wept bitterly, struck his hand and his head against the wall. He sobbed out his heart “Oh God, how could I do it, why did I do it”.

The doctor attended to the wound and it was cured in a few days. But the shock to Mr. Rakesh was more deep-seated. He was always brooding on the incident and was visibly upset. Mrs. Rakesh tried her level best to console her husband, but he was fast losing his interest in his business and in life itself.

Mrs. Rakesh watched the change with great anxiety and brought her husband to us for medical advice. Honey Suckle Remedy T.D.S for one week improved the case. Then a combination of Honey suckle (to break link with old memories) and Pine Remedy (to remove his feeling of self-condemnation) was given for 2 weeks which brought his condition to normalcy.

Out of ample care a course of CHERRY PLUM was given T.D.S for 6 weeks to strengthen his control of the mind. Already he had shown lack of control over his mind, when he struck his wife in a fit of anger.

According to Dr. Bach “Honeysuckle Remedy is meant to remove from the mind the regrets and sorrows of the past, to counter act all influences, all wishes and desires of the past and to bring us back to the present”.

Man has forever been on a quest for the magical pill, drink, or salve that will induce an impressive erection reliably. And over several thousand years, certain herbs have gained a sexy reputation. So before you try prescription medicine or injecting hormones, you might want to try a few herbal approaches, says botanist and herbalist Dr. James Duke.

Here’s Dr. Duke’s rundown on a number of plants purported to pump up your penis, as described in his book The Green Pharmacy. You wouldn’t rub these on it, by the way. You’d consume them-as tea, or in capsules or some other form.

Anise. Contains estrogen-like substances that reportedly increase male libido. Estrogen is a female hormone. Oddly, some female hormones seem to have male hormone effects when taken by men. That may be what’s happening with anise.

Ashwaganda. Try this root, an alleged erection-arouser from the traditional folk medicine of India. But it’s meant to be taken occasionally, not daily.

Cardamom. This common spice contains a central nervous system stimulant. Does it have any sexual effect? Arab tradition holds that it does. It can’t hurt to sprinkle a little into your tea or coffee.

Fava beam. This contains a nice dose of L-dopa, a drug that, when taken in large enough doses, produces priapism-a painful, persistent, unwanted erection. Chances are that you’ll never eat enough fava beans to have that problem. But a manly 8- to 16-ounce serving might be a real pick-me-up.

Ginger. Or Mary Ann? One or the other always turned us on. Arab folk medicine says that this will make your putter perk up. Some scientists believe that ginger improves sperm’s swimming ability.

Wild oats. It works for stallions, and some studies say that human males get friskier, too, when fed wild oats. You’ll find the Latin name for wild oats, avena sativa, listed as an ingredient on bottles of some very expensive formulations for men in health food stores.

Wolfberry. This has been shown to raise testosterone levels. That’s not going to help with erections unless testosterone levels are really low.

Yohimbine. It works for some men some of the time, but the side effects are dangerous -including anxiety, increased heart rate, elevated blood pressure, and hallucinations. If you want the effects of yohimbine, ask your doctor for the prescription version, yohimbine hydrochloride, which contains only the active ingredient and seems to have far fewer side effects than the herb. According to controlled scientific studies, one-third of men taking yohimbine get the desired result.

Apart from an essential oil and bitter substances, the herb also contains inulin, a substance similar to a carbohydrate but one that is tolerated by diabetics, unlike ordinary starch and carbohydrates. This makes it possible for the body to receive natural sugar-like substances without the need to engage the pancreas (the islets of Langerhans) in their digestion. Diabetics should take advantage of mugwort. The finely chopped leaves can be used in salads as an additional flavouring. In former days mugwort was also well known as an ingredient for stuffing geese and ducks. In fact, this is still the custom in some areas.

In cases of chronic diarrhoea, stomach or intestinal catarrh, and the widespread problem of intestinal worms, mugwort is an ideal remedy. Moreover, the fresh plant extract is one of the few effective medicines for the treatment of hystero-epilepsy, a form of falling sickness which appears to be connected with ovarian dysfunction. Mugwort is also an ingredient in Dr Zimpel’s epilepsy medicine, which is closely based on the formulae developed by Paracelsus.

Mugwort is a diuretic and also encourages the menstrual flow when it has for some reason become retarded. Five drops of the fresh plant extract in a glass of water, sipped throughout the day, will suffice for this purpose.
